I miss those days. But I could smell the grass on the fresh breeze and hear the birds chirp through your picture. So thanks for that.
(There are places I can drive to for that feeling, but it's not quite the same.)

Sorry to hear your mobility may be limited, goldwatch, but at least our imaginations need never be tethered.

I feel incredibly lucky to be able to walk the hills most days. Sometimes I can barely believe how beautiful it is.

Quite a nice area it seems. I can imagine George Washington there with a crowd of good people just wanting to touch him.

Hey, I had my turn. No complaints on this one.
When I was young, I was always out in nature, following creeks, exploring woods, watching wildlife. I was in the Boy Scouts and had many marvelous experiences. As I got older I camped, hiked, fished, sailed, dived, hunted, skied, and enjoyed what life blesses us with every chance I got.
I had to slow it down a little bit too early, and now to a crawl, but all considered I was one of the lucky.

Nice VP, may I ask where this is? It could pass for Mt. Vernon

This was my walk for the day.

If you don’t want to do that, please go out someplace and plant a tree. f

With any luck, Mitch's putting style aim doesn't have a "shell" vest tied to its tail end.

                        Another 9 (or 18) hole!

My pics are from around LLyn Du (Black Lake), which is about a mile ESE of Meifod (pronounced My-vod) in Wales.
