    Microsoft was founded on April 4, 1975. The 48th anniversary is upcoming. Paul Allen also had an art collection worth over $1.5 Billion. Hard to imagine he did not pop into Fenn's Santa Fe studio back then. Perhaps they were friends - and more.

      Keep tying those knots and you may just get somewhere. I'm not so sure that it will lead you to the right rabbithole but its fun filling in some blanks none the less.

            Looks like MS windows has taken on a new meaning. Where'd that ball of string go again?

              I expected all-hands on this one by the combat control group to suppress details they do not want released. They brought in the big dog: Suzy the Moormon.

                  Yep, and I hope it's blazing. Those snowjobs are terrible this time of year!

                    [QUOTE=jan_v60;n496704]

                    If there is a real ending to come it only can come from a real trustee of Forrest Fenn, who has a video message from Forrest, explaining the clues, the poem and the ending. That person should have had acces to the gmail mailbox account of Forrest, IMO. It could be Shilo, or a lawyer. But it will be made public only under the (unknown for us) conditions that Forrest stipulated in his convention with that trustee. And a trustee is:
                    “an individual person or member of a board given control or powers of administration of property in trust with a legal obligation to administer it solely for the purposes specified.”
                    [/quote/]

                    If Fenn has appointed a trustee, let’s be open to what they have to say. I have good reason to believe Forrest always intended his poem be appreciated. By that, I mean, once the Fenn-endorsed solution is revealed, the natural reaction is for readers to say “Of course, that totally fits, why didn’t I see it before?”

                    Fenn did not write gibberish. He did, however, craft language to contain patterns which hid multiple meanings. Once you have the pattern(s), and see how prolific they are, you have to shake your head at how elaborate his embroidered connections are.

                      LOL! Who cares about the alien spider, dog-man, pig mix . . . the sob is what I would be more worried about!

                      Oh, yeah . . . I'm sure the damsel appreciates your efforts. She looks so innocent, doesn't she?

                          A sob is a ball of string which hauntingly hides under your bed, and no matter how hard you try, you can't touch it because it's always just outta reach.

                                Ahhh . . . I suppose you're right. Such are the chores of life. But I tell ya, if I had a big enough indian headdress I wouldn't even have to get dressed in the morning. Yep, I could just pretend I'm a feather dancer and save myself the bother of a clothes. What a treasure that would be, lol!
