I honestly believe that anyone who went on a search trip -- or even just tried to solve the poem -- got what Fenn wanted them to. I don't mind not having a gold coin/nugget or a stupid stick.
I had some adventure(s), and continue to have memory of the benefit and enjoyment (hee hee) I received. Next summer I plan to search farther north than I have so far. Does that make anyone nervous?

Good job Kachina. Keep it at a fixed expense and don’t go drowning yourself in debt because of it. Unless you think it’s worth it? Just be careful.

I might add…it may be worth it if you can turn a profit on it, God knows that’s how I think. I guess that’s how I always interpreted his dreams.

Let me start by saying, those numbers are telling, but only in the way of confirmation. And I'll finish by telling you that without solving the poem you won't understand what I'm saying.
