How can you be so gullible? kpro said in the latest video that 12 emails presented in court from Jack about Nine Mile Hole over a year and a half are absolute proof that it was found in Nine Mile Hole. That is hogwash.

12 whole emails from Jack prove nothing other than he was looking there, or at least trying to establish a trail to Nine Mile Hole. It does not prove he found the chest. It does not prove it was hidden at Nine Mile Hole. It does not prove that Jack knows the solution. It does not prove that Jack was not part of a conspiracy to end the hunt with a fake or backup chest. It does not prove that the conspircay to end the hunt did not involve the intentional planting of posts on Reddit and emails intentionally sent to Fenn with Fenn's knowledge to establish a viable history in the event it was needed to back up Jack's BS story.

Why is there no actual evidence of the solution that Jack used to find it at Nine Mile Hole if that is the location? What is there to protect at this point if the location is in fact Nine Mile Hole, Nine Mile Hole, Nine Mile Hole, blah, blah, blah? Does anybody honestly believe Fenn was so concerned about protecting a rotting log from a herd of searchers looking for pieces of treasure Jack dropped on the ground while crying when he found the chest? There is no reason for the solution to not be revealed if Nine Mile Hole is the location. The only reason the solution is not being revealed is becasue it is NOT Nine Mile Hole and Jack and the family are lying.

In fact, the emails prove the exact opposite is true using Fenn's own words. Fenn said the chest was found by someone he DID NOT KNOW and HAD NOT COMMUNICATED WITH SINCE 2018. If any of those emails from Jack were after 2018, then he is not the finder and this is all a giant lie. Any communitcation between Jack and Fenn after 2018 directly contradicts Fenn's own words and proves Jack is NOT the finder.

Why don't you do a show about that? It doesn't fit your narrative does it?

If you are down the path that the Fenn family will lie then piss on the fire and call the dogs because no information coming forward will meet your standard of evidence that the treasure was found in Wyoming by Jack Stuef. Jack, rangers, and family are the only ones who do have all the info.

Wrong. A real complete solution with Jack revealing the magic slip up that told him where Fenn wanted to die. Let's see it. C'mon! Then Jack needs to sell the chest to an unrelated buyer claiming it is the real chest and that he found it at Nine Mile Hole. They never will do that because it opens them up to prosecution for fraud when the real chest is found.

The complete lack of common sense is astonishing. If Fenn lied and Jack lied and the family lied, of course they would continue the lie. They set up the trail of "evidence" just for the purpose that is now playing out. They are trying to prove something with nothing but convoluted circumstantial "evidence" when all they have to do is provide the real solution to Nine MIle Hole if it exists. A verifiable solution and a sold chest with sworn statements to it being legitimate puts this whole thing to bed. But we do not have that and never will have that becasue the ending is a lie. The big giant hole in this entire thing is that they cannot sell the chest and attest to it being the real chest without risking criminal prosecution when the real chest is found.

agreed. I think somers was using these emails as an example. nothing more than an example. i would have to agree it does not confirm it was found there although it does seem possible based upon the examples. im confused on why they hide the data as well. or why the poem took so long to create if its just a simple ass solution like they are implying.

lol poor guy. all of what he is going through just isnt worth it. if he truly knows the answers then he should capitalize off the story/solution and make some real money. Then it would be worth it. if marketed correctly it could be a hit book or movie or both. something that would set your family for generations not just buy a house or two in these days one decent house. lol The fact that hes not doing this is worrying. as if there is something to hide. nothing he could say or do could be such a negative impact to avoid. unless 1. you dont have the answers 2. the solve can be proven wrong or 3. things just aren't what they seem 4. it would tarnish their names for life.

nothing is as it seems now days. i just dont see why things have to be hidden but at the same time i do. id rather be told the truth and hurt then lied to. thats just who i am as a person. ill tell you the truth even if it hurts because in the end if you lie and people find out there is a lot more hurting done.
