Tells us he was not communicating by email with 'that guy'. Imagine that ... 'that guy' was smart and had devise a way to let f know he'd figured out the one thing noone else had.

Just an opinion, but if you were emailing f prior to f telling that to Dal, you're not 'that guy'.

It could be "that guy" signified a notorious student, who was extremely close to the end of the rainbow, like Dal himself. Of course, I'm typically wrong concerning the ability to see flowers and discipline.

he was looking for a certain name only according to Cynthia's video made in Oct. 2019. he did not want to miss an email from the solver. he had a silent relationship with the solver centered on the solve and secret spot. Forrest was sent multiple pictures of his spot which he loved.
