As of this moment, it seems to me the judge is NOT predisposed to allow the motion. The DOJ attorney has spoken, and the estate's attorney is speaking. At this point Mr. McCracken is better off not speaking.

Judge asks: Why is it that the govenment's claim isn't in a Federal Jurisdiction? She responds: there is no reason for this matter to be heard in this court. That is the motion to intervene. She is saying that the government wouldn't be here if McCracken hadn't moved to depose Stuef.Comment
