Yup, so I rewound you playing yo-yo in my mind, paused it, enabling me to see the bottom rim, then put a duck in the oven.

I think it was an instruction for you to sit down and shut up.

I think Forrest was hinting at a duck that you wear not that you eat

What if that coat was too big and it swallowed you up? Could you bring the coat back?

I'd never instruct someone here to sit down and shut up. My question was a plain, straight inquiry. Some folks think that halt means to change direction while moving. I never thought that. Some folks think that halt means to get cooler or hotter. I never thought that. Some searchers think that WWWH means Madison Junction. I sure don't. I'd like to guide folks in their methodology for solving the poem, without giving specific solutions to specific clues . . . one reason for this being that for some clue(s), more than one respective solution might work.

As long as I don't get thrown out of the raft going through them dang rapids, I'm comfortable with your explanation O.P.
Even if I do, I'm wearing my life jacket and helmet (())

                              Wait a minute O.P.....
I just naturally thought you were a parent. I think every parent is overjoyed with the birth of a new child. They proudly show off what "they made;" their bundle of joy. Then the hard days come too soon, changing diapers and all the rest. I think most all parents can hardly wait until the little one can WALK and TALK.........

But once they do; those same parents are often overheard instructing that very same child to "sit down and shut up!"

As you probably already know. We . . . turtles hardly ever experience life in the fast lane.
