Good tallying, Vertigo -- I spent a few hours last week going through the first 150 pages or so which covered May and June. During those months, the vast majority of the time Marvin fished the Firehole, and the Carload Hole was a clear favorite. One you're missing (or maybe you've listed it as Road or Others) is "Hole Beside Road," which he also called "Hole by Road" and "Hole by Side of Road."

Organizing a fishing log by day of the year is actually very smart, allowing you to see how the various hatches develop on different stretches of different rivers as the season progresses. Understandable that most of Marvin's fishing on the Firehole was early in the year (before the water gets too hot).

How often did you read the name FORREST in this log?
All work and no play makes Jack a dull boy.

There's no such thing as a level playing field. And the universe isn't fair. Some of us know this already. Others are invited to learn.

Knowing how far you can trust someone is always good to know.
I do not like the fact, that emails that should never see the light of day, are being shown.
Trust or giving someone your word, does not end because they passed away.
I think just like many other searcher Dal just can't get past someone beat him to the chest.
He had what he thought was the inside hand, but as we know, the Joker always has a role.
I think Dal is reasonable enough to accept that he never had a great solve.

Yeah I tried to make this point a while back and got cut down. I'm surprised people didn't gang up on you on this.

I can’t believe Forrest would have told Cynthia that. That has to be the smoking gun, Cody, that confirms it that Wyoming was the place, giving driving times to the spot must make Yellowstone the spot. I feel like I just got clubbed in the head.
Maybe she’s mistaken, after all she was searching in NM
