And welcome little fishes in with gently smiling jaws. In the early years of the Chase Forrest talked about those jaws but as the years went by the sign was repaired so the jaws were covered and he stopped using that as a hint.

Forrest wrote about Jerry House whom he gave his Lubbock, TX bronze foundry to. I enjoyed that Forrest talked about Jerry's elevated shoe because of the elevated shoe on the post. Forrest also wrote about Paul Harvey in that story and also talked about Paul in one of his videos. Forrest said Jerry listened to Paul religiously for 15 minutes and no one dared interuot him. That was a hint for the 15 on the side of the post. The other hint was for Paul's famous words, "and now U know the rest of the story."

          Grizzly bears ALONE..
I never worry about a grizzly bear alone. But when it's with someone (me, for example), then I find it worry-worthy.

Many years ago in Yellowstone, black bears would huddle around the dump outside of town, it created quite the specticle. Then suddenly, like school children playing hide-n-seek, they would nervously scatter as a lone Grizzly fearlessly approached claiming his solitary position. Instinct alone may be something to think about.

The razor blade shape is for the bathtub shaped sign and the circle is for the benchmark next to the sign. The 3 cloves are for the dead ringer U on the post. The cloves were also hints for his love of Yellowstone.

Especially when you just finished eating breakfast and you are going through your photos on your iPhone, when a Grizzly approaches for the photo shoot!

A good forger attempts to deceive the naked human eye.
It's part of the challenge in the game he plays.

Deceiving science when it is done thru guidelines and in expert hands is however, practically impossible!"

Forrest talked about his Tabasco often. He was using it as a hint for the color on the wood and for the tub shaped sign next to this pole in the pit.

Did anyone else appreciate the Cuddles Twins SB that Forrest wrote to hint at the (2)? He used an alternate spelling of fabrique to help with the you/u, the 2 is cuddled between the parenthesis, his gold toe sock represented the edge of Yellowstone and the three toes sticking out were for the 3 points that a dead ringer is worth in horseshoes. He said "prove your point" and the point is on the benchmark cap. He also called his other slippers wannabees. When that term is used it is always preceeded by "you". Forrest was clever and I hope some other searchers tuned in to make the connections besides Jack and myself.

Do you see the white pasta things in the chili that Forrest had at Christ Church? His Jeep was made in the USA and said trail rated on the side. The ladies with their red and green hair. He was handing out hints like candy on Halloween with entire sacks near the end.

F wood give U title to the gold of U could find it.

SB 107 People Just Don't Understand. "Don't U just hate that? Look at it!" Forrest really gave some good hints about the U in this SB starting with the title. When you follow the LOOK quickly down on the sign it lands you right at the U on the bottom of the post. When you untangle the phone cord you've got a U and he says two seconds. for the (2) above the U on the post. In the silverware drawer Forrest uses the wrong form of write to draw our attention to the knives in the right compartment. They form U but it's upside down. The two shot glass above are for the (2) above the U on the post. His "Home Sapien on the entire planet" words were hints for the H and S on the benchmark cap and the mention of planet because they are round like the benchmark cap. The envelope contained three U's because the U on the post is a dead ringer worth three points. The envelope is covering the F and if you follow the pen down to the U it's a hint for the F at the top of the wood and the U at the bottom. Even the numbers 1921 were hints. If you added the numbers on the two sides of the post you got 19 and 21. 7+6+2+4 = 19 or 7+6+2+4+2=21. That Forrest was creative with his hints. The cab was a hint for the Yellowstone sign here, the Walmart parking lot is because of the huge parking lot here and Forrest was resting by his warm little fire because of the FRPL on the other side of the post. Forrest's "location" was precisely marked 6692.55.

If U know precisely where it is, U can probably retrieve it any weather. If U have a searching partner best to have them wait in the car. If U are in the right spot, something U probably haven't thought about should be obvious to U. If you wear a smile to the right spot/post, U will wear a grin going home. The U is why Forrest often talked about smiling, grinning, his rainbow, crescent moon, beards and had arched phrases in TTOTC.

If you look at the wood it's why Forrest said grandma made cherry and apple pies. It's also why Forrest like strawberry shortcake for dessert. Skippy liked his pineapple Upside down cake.

The parenthesis around the (2) were hinted at in many ways by Forrest. Some examples included "jarred awake", "sound reverberated" , angel, "boa hugs", using parenthesis incorrectly, etc....

If anyone recalls Forrest's work of fiction titled Rainy Season or Beautiful Dreamer, it was chocked full of great hints. I'll share a few. Forrest said Dolores wanted to go to the ball instead of prom to hint at the round pin.. when he said he hoped nobody would send him marijuana cookies and thought he should get high marks for doing the best he could it was for the HIGH and MARK. The word that he had heard uttered in the pool hall was U Sob to hint at the U on the side of the post I'll let you go back and read the story to see if you can find the others. It doesn't take a genius to spot them. Best Money he ever spent. You are allowed to add numbers based on several math problems Forrest presented to us over the years.
