    Forrest, reiterate the finder used the poem to find the chest. So he's given you each clue, right? He knows the most important word in the poem, and he knows why to show the poem to a child, right? He's given you the correct hoB?

    The finder apparently has no tongue of their own...

          Without regard to the solving of the clues in your poem, how many people, other than the finder, correctly communicated to you the spot where the chest was hidden?

            I'd ask him what the blaze was. If it was something like a scissors hanging from a tree or a rock that looked like a can of Dr Pepper, then he should be able to answer it. If he doesn't answer it then that says something about the nature of the blaze.
