Tsk, tsk. Proofreading can be a good thing.

To some, the end of THAT particular cross would constitute the furthest part of the edge.

Be careful. Walking six miles in the winter can be dangerous.

It's probably well over a 2-hour drive, maybe even over a 2-day drive, for the the LS to get to their search area. Do they camp out along the way, or risk Covid-19 exposure by staying in a motel? Although Forrest has said numerous times that the treasure is not in a dangerous location, there's still the possibility that things could go wrong. What if the LS were to cut their leg on a sharp tree branch and have to go to the ER? Things like that have happened to me more times than I can remember (although not while searching for the treasure, at least so far). I'm just saying that there are a lot of things you don't think about that could go wrong.
Rumpelstiltskin Why do you assume the LS lives in the USA? I believe there was/is a lead searcher and he lives outside of the states, in the East.

Can you imagine waking barefoot in a forest? Your poor feet would be so exposed to the elements.

                          • I recall the LS walking around in the woods wearing high heels, how thoughtful to aerate the land, home of Brownie points

If they were a pair of Forrest's Zeebs, who would care? You could trade them in for a pair of Dorothy's Slippers.
