  • A Soulful Solve

Mr. Fenn has claimed there is ONE KEY WORD that can help you solve his poem.
He has also stated he's about the most spiritual person you'll ever meet.
I believe in order to solve Mr. Fenn's riddle, you have to have SOUL.

    With this in mind ...

"As I have gone alone in there" --

As this is the opening line of Mr. Fenn's poem, I deem it to be the most important.
If we can discover the mysterious "I" (keyword) then we can crack Fenn's code.
While there are many apt interpretations, as a man of Faith, I believe this line is talking about the incarnation of the SOUL.
(Fenn said he was about the most "spiritual" man you'd ever meet. Thus, I can see SOUL being the hidden KEY to his treasure.)

    What word literally means "SOUL"?

Funny, now that you mention it, I was looking at THIS (STICKMAN) Thread directly before the memory of this cabin hit my eye, and then this old vaulted solve sprang to life.
I have so many of these things cataloged up there it's hard to keep track. This one was filed away in the very back. A dusty, but fun little corner haunted by ghost towns.

So one man's thoughts quicken another's.

(with all the subtle humor in Fenn's poem, maybe this is it ...)

They bought three cans of bear spray.

They couldn't believe with what force it came out, and even worse,
how badly it stung their skin. WAYYYY stronger than OFF.

Powerful stuff, that bear repellent spray.
