    • Passing......
      the baton,
      the football,
      the peace pipe,
      the buck,
      the treasure,
      the cars,
      the time,
      the question,
and the list goes on and on.

I do believe he was looking for a qualified candidate to assume his position -
maybe even as Chairman of the Board.

When he retired, they prob had a last supper in his honor.
Wonder if they served pheasant under glass or waffles?
I bet you had to buy your tickets in advance since it was a black tie event.

That was always one of my possibilities. If so, I wonder what happened, what the offer was, and if Forrest's death put a crimp in the plans.
I would sure like to see it, though.

              • I have a strange feeling that the "treasure" can't be sold -
and it's gonna remain right where it lies.
Besides, it creates a wonderful windbreak for those lil chipmunks.....

That leaves the cows rather confused. What are they supposed to call you?
