Here's one I use with my kids...wisdom is learning from your mistakes; intelligence, on the other hand is learning from others. To the best of my knowledge and information that's mine and not stolen from anyone else.

      say for example-
the blaze is a rock cropping that looks like an owl.
imagination is better than knowledge- YES! You need imagination to see that rock looking like an owl.
      WAIT.
      now he is saying
In “Formation” is more important than knowledge.
You friends, must understand that in this specific instance-
      information and imagination are interchangeable.

If I solve this, can I blame quantum entanglement? Can I say that I can't explain how or why except that I heard the information come in through a thin sliver of galactic static? I always wondered how spooky it would indeed all be if some person, considered psychic, solved this.

if you learn how to make a crystal radio, then sit outside Fenn's residence all night eating Krystal burgers and waiting for him to have thoughts or dreams about TC's location, I bet you could eventually pick up a signal. And if not, you could always just tune into Coast to Coast and listen to some cool ET talk. Either way you'd have a pretty excellent story and a belly full of Krystal burgers. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VqdcU9ULAlA

That needs a laughylike button. I'm not thinking this stream of info is directly out of Forrest's mind or proximity to him - maybe more in the overall stream of listening. Something more measuring against meters of exhausting useless info and assembling plausibility.

I bet ff sometimes thinks/pictures places where the treasure is NOT, just to throw off any would-be psychics. he's probably even sent a few of them to various landfills when he feels them tapping in.

Psychics HAVE won pick 3/4/5 and even 6 number lotteries with some degree of accuracy, much better than break-even.
If the solver has had accuracy in predictions before, and solves the Fenn, it would be unique, since they normally can't touch deep encryption.

Crystal radios on Sunday. You can't have one without the other.

Information is more important than knowledge. I have a little knowledge on finite topics that I can tap into, but there is a world of information at my fingertips at all times. Thanks Internet!

I thought of this when I was thinking about the "Krystal radio surveillance"

And if nobody runs out of Krystal burgers and Grapette, 8 hours later:
