His brother "Daffy" Paul Dean was also.

Here is what Dizzy liked for breakfast.

Same thing with whortleberries. They're at higher elevation, concentrated and minute, and they make you earn it.
I agree with you about wild strawberries. Patches of strawberries yield a lot of fruit, and while small, they are sweeter and more flavourful than the commercial ones you buy from the market. I can't see how anyone would pass them up.

I always wanted to say "I'm your huckleberry".

YOU don't know about me without you have read a book

by the name of The Adventures of Tom Sawyer; but that

ain't no matter. That book was made by Mr. Mark Twain,

and he told the truth, mainly. There was things which he

stretched, but mainly he told the truth. That is nothing. I

never seen anybody but lied one time or another, without it

was Aunt Polly, or the widow, or maybe Mary. Aunt

Polly—Tom's Aunt Polly, she is—and Mary, and the

Widow Douglas is all told about in that book, which is

mostly a true book, with some stretchers, as I said before. "

I don’t think it’s who has been, I believe it’s who is it.
Weaties is the breakfast of champions

i also think the low hanging fruit is referring to all these new amateur treasure hunts going on
