The most interesting factoid to come from this is the state claiming sovereign immunity. Protecting a murderer. Putting him up in a 5 star hotel for half a year. Hiding him away from the MSM on tax payer dollars.

Sovereign immunity..... SO that means we do not live a Democracy, we do not live in a Republic, all that's left is a monarchy.
