There's a scene in Yellowstone where Q'orianka Kilcher is in a limo with 2 other Native Americans. She explains to them that there are 2 sets of rules in society. The rules for the Masters and the rules for the slaves. She tells them that they need to stop playing by the Slave rules and start playing by the play by the Masters rules. I gave this some thought. I think this is true for every day life as well.
There are rules for the Elite, and there are rules for the every day common man. You look at someone like Hillary Clinton, Nancy Pelosi or Hunter Biden. They can break every law known to man, and never get in trouble. If you or I were to break any law that they did, we'd get life in prison.
Point is... Maybe we should start examining the rule book for the elite. Perhaps, in business, we're playing with the wrong rule book. That's what the Robert Kiyosaki says.
I wonder if this is key to escaping the Rat Race. We need to change our slave mindset and live by the master's mindset. I've lived in corporate america for 20 years and every day I go to work, knowing that I will make just enough money to fund myself so that I can work another day. I never get ahead financially. I also know, if I don't form a plan of how to get out of this financial pattern, which is really financial enslavement, I will be stuck in this cycle eternally. The past 20 years have proved this.
